Become a Kudzu Seeds distributor

Become a Kudzu Seeds distributor

Kudzu Seeds Trading is growing its distribution network across tropical regions worldwide. We are looking for agricultural input dealers, farm supply stores, and plantation service providers who want to add cover crop seeds and soil amendments to their product offering.

Why distribute our products

Sustainability-driven demand

Tropical coconut and oil palm plantations are increasingly adopting cover crops to meet sustainability standards, manage input costs, and comply with environmental regulations. Interest in these markets continues to grow.

Backed by Chemiseed Malaysia

Kudzu Seeds Trading is the sister company of Chemiseed Sdn. Bhd., with established supply chains across Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, and South Asia. Stock availability and landed costs are quoted per order and per region.

Technical training

We share what we know about species selection, establishment methods, and rates so you can advise your customers with confidence. The scope and format of training is agreed case by case.

Volume-based pricing

Distributor pricing is volume-based. Tiers, terms, and margins are discussed case by case. Cover crop seed is typically a recurring purchase as plantations expand and replant.

Establishment rates your customers will ask about. Indicative broadcast rates are 4 to 6 kg/ha for Pueraria javanica, 3 to 4.5 kg/ha for Centrosema pubescens, 4 to 6 kg/ha for Calopogonium mucunoides, and 3 to 4.5 kg/ha for Calopogonium caeruleum. Mucuna bracteata is different: it is transplanted, not broadcast, at roughly 320 nursery-raised seedlings per hectare, which works out to about 85 to 100 g of seed per hectare. Quoting Mucuna bracteata at a broadcast-style rate of several kg per hectare overstates the seed requirement by a very large margin. On nitrogen, Mucuna bracteata typically derives roughly 67 to 84 percent of its nitrogen from the atmosphere (Ndfa); this is indicative and site-dependent. Advise customers to verify against their own soil and leaf analysis rather than assuming a fixed fertiliser credit.

How to get started

Apply

Submit your distributor application with details about your business, region, and customer base. We review each application and come back to you as soon as we can.

Discussion

Our team contacts you to discuss territory coverage, pricing tiers, minimum orders, and how we can support your sales. Territory arrangements, including any exclusivity, are discussed case by case and are never automatic. We look for partners with existing agricultural networks.

Onboarding

Approved distributors are onboarded with product training, marketing materials, and technical data sheets. The support package, including access to our agronomist team, is agreed case by case.

Sell and grow

Begin selling with ongoing support. Updated materials, access to new products, and business reviews are arranged case by case as the relationship develops.

Global distribution regions

We are actively seeking distribution partners across tropical regions: Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar), Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras), Africa (Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Kenya), and South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh). Partners with existing relationships in the oil palm, rubber, coconut, cacao, or durian sectors are especially welcome.
